"So from the beginning we were introduced to NFM through our realtor, Kantorski Team saying NFM has a really nice team to work with and decent rates. So the day we sat down in our realtor office with Jon Wald and our realtor,my wife and I knew Jon was someone we wanted to work with. So the process started and there was a pretygood bit of paper work that I needed to get together for Jon and his team to go to the underwriter. I got all of our paperwork together that I thought was what they needed and hand delivered to there office in Towson Md. Apparrently it looked as he was just getting ready to go into a meeting with about 15-20 people I seen in a glass room. I handed Jon the paper work that I had. Jon looked it over and found some were the correct things he needed and some were a little off due to there is only so much info you can print off your own bank statements withount going to your bank locations to get the print out all the way to the bottom of the page where you would see the URL . So I had suggested that I have my personal computer in my truck and I could go get it so we could at least get what he needed . So we sat down in his office for about an hour and he helped me get everything he needed to move to the next step.Keep in mind this was an hour that he had taken from his meeting to help me! As the process went on he had a team email with himself maybe 3-4 staff member and my realtor at all times for very good communications. As the loan went to other parts of his department I noticed if something wasnt right in his eyes he would chime in to his own staff and say Ill give you a call shortly and things always seemed to be resolved. This didnt happen to many times but there are things you pick up on.As many questions that we had I never felt like I was bothering him when either I called or emailed him.
