I first spoke to Kathleen upon recommendation from my friend about 3 years ago when I wanted to understand how to prepare for a my first home purchase. Kathleen answered all of my questions with patience and put me at ease that home buying was not as scary as it seemed, but there was also no need to rush into a purchase if I wasn’t ready yet. It was clear to me in that call that Kathleen not only is a person whose work is of the highest caliber. Kathleen cares about you as a person. I was not ready to purchase three years ago, but talking to Kathleen helped me understand what I needed to do to prepare and I began balancing my finances differently to do so. Once I felt I was ready to purchase, I came back to Kathleen. Every step of the way she has been clear, concise, helpful, dealt with even my most mundane questions and sanity checks. I truly have enjoyed worked with her and the team in this process and would recommend her over and over again to ANYONE buying a home, especially their first home!
