"My experience was good only suggestion I have is that closing dates should be estimated after the buyer receives their reservation number from FHLB because that is the longest wait period. But Alicia was very helpful and supportive the whole time. She is while knowledgable in the home buying and selling process. She was kind and patient the whole time we worked togethe.
