Caren holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Mount St. Mary’s University. She enjoys trips to Ocean City and Deep Creek Lake with her husband and 3 children.

The request must include the FHA Case number, the new lender’s Origination ID or Sponsor ID, the full subject property address, and a letter signed and dated by the borrower expressing desire for the transfer.
