Ana C. Tolentino is a mortgage industry leader with 18 years of experience committed to helping families purchase a home. Licensed in Virginia, Maryland, DC, Florida and North Carolina, Ana began her career as a loan originator for a high-producing team where she used her bilingual skills to assist and respond to the needs of Hispanic borrowers.
Her role as a Senior Home Loan Consultant for The Ana Team at Main Street Home Loans affords her the opportunity to offer an exceptional level of personalized service. As a single mother, Ana has a soft spot for other single mothers and business owners and takes pride in her ability to think outside the box and successfully structure complicated transactions.
She is well-versed in residential loans, but as a top lender she specializes in first-time homebuyer programs and she’s highly familiar with grant programs and 100% financing loans for qualified applicants. She is listed as one of the Top 250 Latino Loan Originators by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP); Top 100 Loan Originators by the National Association of Minority Mortgage Bankers of America (NAMMBA) and was ranked as one of the nation’s Top 1% Mortgage Originators in 2015 and 2017, 2019 & 2020.
Ana’s drive and determination to increase homeownership rates in the community and among Hispanic families is her way of giving back. She aims to give clients as much knowledge as possible so they can make informed decisions. She provides education on credit scores, tax returns, and encourages her clients to view real estate as more than a home, but also as an investment.
Ana graduated from George Mason University with a degree in political science and a minor in law and information technology.
She’s a single mother to a beautiful teenage girl, and when she isn’t helping clients finance their dream, she enjoys spending time with friends, family, her cats Zuko and Ghost and her Yorkie Roxie, traveling and tending to her investment properties.
