My husband and I moved to Pinehurst in 2008 and our daughter was born here. We love calling the Sandhills HOME. Melissa was a complete ROCKSTAR! I sent my clients to her, because I had previously worked with Main Street Loans and was extremely pleased with the service I received. This loan needed to be fast-tracked, as my clients changed their purchase from cash to financing at the last minute. There were also other aspects of the deal that could have made the process very difficult. Melissa got right to work, and was able to handle all the twists and turns that were thrown at her. The request must include the FHA Case number, the new lender’s Origination ID or Sponsor ID, the full subject property address, and a letter signed and dated by the borrower expressing desire for the transfer.
