Nathan was extremely helpful in my purchase and I'm sure any other lender wouldn't have been able to do it. Because of my income being self-employed and complicated, we needed to do a unique loan type and Nathan worked with 4 different investors to finally find one who could purchase my loan.
The rated ended up better than we expected and my closing costs and what I had to bring to closing was less than I expected. I highly recommend Nathan!

Nathan was exceptional to work with. We had a difficult situation with the HOA and if it wasn’t for Nathan we would have never gotten our loan approved. Nathan was very professional, follow-up and communication exceptional. Nathan made our loan happen in less than 15 days. Don’t think anyone else could have made this happen.
