Since 1998, Norman has held many positions in the mortgage industry. He has learned all aspects of this business while working as Loan Officer, Branch Manager, Area Manager, and President. Currently licensed in Maryland and Delaware, Norman helps his clients find the best mortgage product to suit their needs. He is a specialist in conventional, jumbo, VA, FHA, and USDA Rural Development. Being located in Ocean City, MD has allowed Norman to also become an expert in condominium financing as well as second home financing. Norman prides himself in always being available to his clients and making the process easily understandable.
Norman graduated with a B.S. from Radford University in May 1997. He was raised in Annapolis, MD where he attended St. Mary’s High School for 12 years where he played lacrosse and football. Norman is a 16 year resident of Ocean City, where he resides with his wife, Kim, and their two children, Noah (14) and Maggie (12). These days, when Norman isn’t in the office he enjoys surfing and coaching his children’s basketball and lacrosse teams.
