Nathan was extremely helpful in my purchase and I'm sure any other lender wouldn't have been able to do it. Because of my income being self-employed and complicated, we needed to do a unique loan type and Nathan worked with 4 different investors to finally find one who could purchase my loan.
The rated ended up better than we expected and my closing costs and what I had to bring to closing was less than I expected. I highly recommend Nathan!
